Stay away! They are scammers! Horrible, horrible experience. They gave us a quote based on their “expertise” from NC to CT. We put a deposit on a credit card. The day of the move they DOUBLED our quote and said we had to now pay with cash or a wire transfer. We were now held hostage. Suddenly they no longer accepted credit cards to pay in full. We were stuck because we had to move. It took two days to load up the trucks. When they got to CT, so many things had been broken during the move. They made claiming any damages IMPOS... read more

We hired Top Tier to move us from Ohio to West Virginia. Oct. 3 2024. It has been 2 months and I still haven't resolved my issue with them. In the process of moving I was missing 3 rugs and also they cracked my TV. I lost my security deposit due to the truck driver messing up the yard where we were moving from. I have contacted top tier numerous times and still nothing is being done . Save your money and hire another moving company. They are saying they are the best moving company....what a joke.
