Worse experience ever! We hired J and J who brokered us to Top Tier. They showed up without the 24 hr call ahead with a truck half the size needed to load our furniture. 3 Hispanics (only one spoke English) crammed 1/2 of our inventory list into the truck and then drove all night from CO to PA so they could arrive at the house before we did- threatening to put it in storage. They would not accept credit card as agreed because we refused signing the illegible bill of lading which did not include even half of the inventory lis... read more

This company was the worst business I have ever dealt with. I moved in 2019 and I’m still upset about the experience with this poor excuse for a moving company. Do not use them under any circumstances. And no, Top Tier, I’m not taking down my review this time. I’m sure you’ve ruined other peoples lives with your fake Google reviews. Don’t be fooled people , run away from these crooks.
We used Top Tier Moving to move my boyfriend into my condo. The movers were fast, efficient and careful with his furniture and belongings. All of the staff are easy to deal with and all in all the experience was seamless. Would most definitely recommend!
