After a very positive experience at the Cranberry location with my small business account over the last few years, I decided to also open up a personal account. Jess was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. The manager, Amber, who originally set up my business account always makes a point to ask how the business is going whenever I stop in, which really drives home the feeling that you're truly appreciated and cared about as a member.
Branch Manager provided a detailed explanation of the products I was interested in exploring and arranged an appointment the following day to complete my transaction. Friendly environment and made me feel that my business was appreciated! Look forward using their banking services.
