Poor trade/sell rates for cards and upcharged products as per the usual so if your looking for a store selling msrp keep looking.
It's great for Magic and DnD players. I just went to spend time with my little girl. Wish that had more anime stuff.

I've delt with them more then a couple times. Wonderful service.
Going from customer, to employee, and back to customer this is still the BEST hobby store I have ever been to. It has the know-how and systems of a store the size of a Walmart while having the friendliness, community, and size of your friendly local game store. If you find issues in this store I truly don't know what to tell you besides to reevaluate your view of how businesses should be run because it truly is wonderful and very smart to stay afloat in such a hard business to be in.
