Been a loyal customer for many years, the new receptionist is very rude, said she's the owner over phone, making fun of customer upon arrival. I was politely telling that I am not appreciate that behavior, she goes on and having a blow out argument, very unprofessional. Will not come back. Update Instead of focus on improvements, the owner reply in such misleading manner, this pretty tell your what kind of business they are.
The experience was amazing! Last time I had a massage like this was back in Asia. My masseuse listened to me when I told her about the problems I had with my neck and shoulders, and she straight up attacked to problem areas. After the session, I felt like I was reborn.
The best massage I have ever had! Not your "typical" massage. The lady knew exactly what she was doing. Definitely up in personal, but she didn't miss a spot!!!!! Excellent full body massage. Wouldn't recommend the full body Thai massage if your frail/fragile or really old. But if your sore after a workout or something, this really really hits the spot! I am writing this review to warn others of the unacceptable and discriminatory environment at this establishment. While the massage therapists here are highly skilled and provide fantastic preventive care for musculoskeletal issues, the front-end management is fundamentally broken. I was subjected to disgusting, racist comments from the front desk staff, including being told to "go back to my country."
