I am writing this review to warn others of the unacceptable and discriminatory environment at this establishment. While the massage therapists here are highly skilled and provide fantastic preventive care for musculoskeletal issues, the front-end management is fundamentally broken. I was subjected to disgusting, racist comments from the front desk staff, including being told to "go back to my country." I called them few time diff different days no one pick my call.
Worst experience ever. Poor building dirty bedsheets using smelly towels to wipe out extra oil to everyone. Will never go there therapist making calls and using phone during my massage.
