We hired Top Tax Defenders in August 2023. We paid them a retainer. They did nothing for 12 months. They missed a hearing with the IRS. My wife was able to call the IRS and achieve more in a 2 hour phone call than Top Tax Defenders did in 12 months. They refused to refund our retainer, despite the fact that they did absolutely nothing in 12 months, but cost us more interest in fees with the IRS. I do not recommend the service at all
