Don't believe the postive reviews becuse he pushed ppl to leave good reviews. Alex is the most negligence and careless tax prepare. He has a TV inside his office behind the client and he be watching it and I guess betting on sports since his attention some times gone. You would see him glancing on the TV. He messed up my paper while watching sport like a child.
Was really disappointed. Last year there were no issues. This year however, after months of waiting on my return, I got a letter from DC Tax association that my taxes had been filed incorrectly. I contacted Alex immediately and he said he would take care of it and to email him the details. Never got so much as an email back. It just really sucks to pay hundreds of dollars for an accountant that can't even communicate back when there was an error. ESPECIALLY one caused by him.. Well, l been this place for a long time, thank God, never had an issue, very professional, had always time to listen you, perfect place to solve any Tax issues, will be back next year again 👌

Did my taxes with mr Alex, he filed my papers wrong in status and tried calling many times after now one responded to me. Don’t recommend going here , go to a more professional accountant.
