I can't speak for all of the tax consultants, but I can say that Dana B. was unprofessional, unresponsive, and pathological with excuses to delay my taxes being completed/filed after being paid in full directly. After many complaints, and demanding of others" contact information, Mariah finished my order within a few hours with no issues. I was sent a bill for almost $600 a week later.
