I had rented one of Top Shine Fleet's vehicles for a weekend getaway. The car was immaculate and the host made the process extremely convenient while it was my first experience with renting a vehicle through Turo. I highly recommend booking one of their vehicles.

This was my first time using Turo and I’m so happy I found Top Shine Fleet. They were super detailed and clear in their instructions and made the whole process really easy. They were very helpful and quickly responded to all of my questions. I liked that they had a wide variety of unique and beautiful cars to choose from.
