The employee that "helped" me had no customer service skills at all! Didn't know alot of info on the product so it was basically, "...OK thanks, I guess I will try the grape..." didnt tell me about any specials as the others have when ive been in. I understand everyone has difficult days but I didn't deserve the treatment I was offered. I really felt like I was an idiot and shouldn't be in there if I didn't KNOW what it was I wanted! Very disappointing.

I've always had great experiences with top shelf wellness. And I say this as someone who has actually been an employee here. (Years ago) I love top shelf it's awesome and they usually have things before a lot of other people do. Find me anybody else with 2 gram carts?! The edibles are fair price the extracts are extremely cheap. bud, I will say you do pay a premium on. James in the front is awesome I always love running into him. It's an okay store but they really need to figure out their damn prices come in to get a pre-roll for $18.60 one day then come in later that day and/or week they want to sell it to me for 2160 so why am I getting charged more
