Absolutely most competent and polite bike mechanic in Sydney. I was really happy that he didn't try to make me fix / buy things I didn`t need. First time, great. Second time, arrived late and he did the job on the spot.

Was helped by a retail assistant and the manager. I asked for a helmet he didn't have in stock and he found a supplier on the spot, I received the helmet 2 days later, I found it to be a great special pricewise and totally happy with the helmet. I even had a friend pick it up as I was working and this was done with no fuss. I'm the biggest tight arse of my group but would definitely trust these guys if they recommend a service they offered realistic advice and I could tell they weren't just trying to book me in for some mone... read more

Came in of a weekday afternoon. All the staff were lovely. Clearly experts, but they were really great at explaining answers to my questions. Helped me diagnose why I kept getting so many flats. No attempt to upsell at any stage. As he was working on my bike he noticed a few issues and fixed them after asking. Not at all condescending! Very helpful and stayed back to help get it all done on the night despite it being very close to close.

I have been a very happy customer of Top Ryde Cycles for almost one year now. They were very welcoming right from the beginning. When I bought my first road bike at the shop they promised me to do the service free for the first year and they really lived up to this promise, even if I came in very late for an inspection for a race. Thanks a lot to the whole crew.
