I went to Top Repair for a standard screen repair for my Samsung Galaxy A15. After the phone was handed over, the screen was fixed but my volume button was not responding. After coming back, the guy fixed it (free of charge) but forgot to put my SIM card back in. After coming back again, the SIM was inserted again and I managed to get a $10 refund (out of $180).
