I have tried emailing 2 times to get our money back since they went out of business but have not received a response. Tried calling and no answer either.
I tried to contact them using all items listed on their website. Phone number, email, and the website options. I left a voicemail. Sent two emails. The website has a way to send an email and it doesn't even work. Good luck booking. Found another photo booth.
My new husband and I were extremely happy to work with this photo booth company. It is a great value, the staff member who ran our booth was awesome, our guests loved him, and the customer service answers emails fast and thoroughly! Highly recommend this photo booth for a wedding reception. Loved it!
Our experience with Top Notch was great. They are kind, flexible, and a truly good company to work with. Michael, in particular, is just flat out a nice person. We ended up canceling the wedding to elope so we weren't able to use their service, but I recommend them to anyone who goes through the wedding planning process. They are easily the nicest, most understanding vendor we worked with.
