Heads up - if you have an order/rental they will be letting you know it’s canceled… 11 days before my wedding they have decided to call and tell ONE of the groomsmen that he won’t be receiving his suit because they are closing? Or the owner is not longer the owner? $2,011 on suit rentals for our wedding and apparently a 60-90 day wait for a refund?!? Good luck getting in contact with whomever the owner “was”? RIDICULOUS!!! THEY ARE CLOSED!!!!

I’m honestly really disappointed with how my experience at Top Hat went. I ordered my wedding dress in early May and was told it would arrive before Christmas, which felt like a comfortable timeline. The associate was very helpful and accommodating. We were very impressed with the selection. There were many styles and sizes to choice from. We were also impressed with pricing. We found the perfect dress!
