I give top hand my of Western boots and I wanted a resole. He told me it will be done in a week. I went back. Wednesday 10th and he told me boots not gonna be done until Saturday Saturday 13th so I went to top hand on the 13 and my boots are not even done, not even touched. My heel is still falling apart and doesn’t even look like he touched it.
