We purchased a couch set from one of their sales reps, when the set was delivered the recliner chair had a large slice in the front (approximately 4.5 inches long). We noticed right away and they offered a discount or exhlchange on the seat, no problem. About 15 minutes after the driver left we had the couches assembled and realized that one side of the loveseat didnt recline. We contacted the driver right away and the sales rep, both said "their team" would get back to us, but we have heard nothing. This was on February 10.... read more
