I was initially beyond impressed with this company. I had three specific requests for a customized table, which I was told was possible. I gave a downpayment to begin the plans. Then, I was told that 3" thickness was not doable, but they could do 2 3/4". No big deal. Then I learned that the initial leg design that we had planned was now not possible. LOVE the quality of my top floor table! Its was also very pleasant to do business with Glen and his team. They were professional, packaging was top (it made it without a scratch across Canada), helpful and the service exceptional..Getting lots of compliments for the table too..
I am a general contractor and was in search of a nice wood top for a kitchen island countertop. We came across top floor decor, and they supplied us with this amazing live edge top we used for our island. The homeowner was beyond ecstatic, and they made this piece her favorite part of the kitchen. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Nate from Top Floor was fantastic to deal with! Great with my questions and concerns & super knowledgeable about his product. His table is now the centrepiece of our new production studio and we couldn't be more thrilled about it!
