I would definitely rate higher but I'm still waiting payment and contractors now have hands out for payment as did Brandon's crew. I have paid in full the percentage and yet here I am with excuse after excuse as of why I haven't been paid. I got threats of lawsuits from the wife for a payment which I should have held out until my checks cleared. Now she and Chris have ignored all my calls texts and voice-mail. I do not even know where to begin. Brandon and Ashley are amazing! I had a sewage backup on New Years Day that later we found out was due to AT&T putting a huge hole in our line and roots grew inside and caused the backup. I was not familiar with a public adjuster and thank God my restoration company told me about Top Flight. My experience dealing with Brandon has been phenomenal his team, and himself have been there every step of the way providing support, and answering any questions that we may have. He is extremely professional, personable, and really makes the customer feel at ease when dealing with sometimes difficult situations involving insurance claims, and property damages.
