After making contact and sending my phone there, I never heard back. It’s been 4 weeks. Benefit of the the doubt, maybe the phone got lost in the mail, but this is terrible communication. I have tried to call, text and email and I have STILL heard nothing. I do not recommend this service.
Replaced battery for iPhone but failed to tape or glue battery securely. Doubt veracity of claim ‘there was not enough time’ to see if replaced battery would charge. Did not respond to call, email or follow up to premises re:concerns would give little credence to response below.
Daniel replaced a broken lcd screen on my Samsung. I appreciated his honesty and quick response...the phone is now working well. Highly recommend
