The best service ever
It’s great to see a small local business that genuinely goes above and beyond for its customers. Steve is always happy to have a chat when we pop in, and the customer service is outstanding. If something isn’t in stock, he’s more than willing to order it in, which makes shopping there really easy. The prices are competitive and honestly the service is far better than what you get at the big chain stores. Highly recommend supporting this business!
The guy who severed me was very rude. Talking on his phone in his language not friendly at all. I am a regular. Steve. Maddy and Lorie are awesome but he was a let down
I would like to make a complaint, firstly the person that was working on Thursday was extremely rude to me, when I had walked in he was on his phone and didn’t pay attention to anything I was saying to him, I had asked him multiple questions about what alcohol I should get for my wife when I had asked these questions he just shrugged his shoulders and mumbled something I am very displeased with his performance I would not be coming here anymore if this is how I’m going to be treated as it’s bad customer service.
