Avoid at all costs! It's not worth the trouble! I attempted 2 orders, neither successful. My first order was placed for a table and 6 chairs. I received an email stating I needed the Shop app to track the order. I installed the app, and no tracking info. I reached out, and was informed the chairs were not available, but the table was in stock, and would ship. Do not order from this company. They will charge you the full price immediately and not let you know when the item will be in. I ordered and was charged for a $2,000 piece of furniture over a month ago with absolutely no communication as to when the furniture will be in and they are refusing to refund my money.

I purchased a marble top dining table from this company June 4, 2022. I was told that it should be delivered no later than August 1, 2022. OK, long wait but good price...I'll wait. And I did...patiently. It's now, July, 25th. I've tried to get info on an ETA. I was given a shipping number for FedEx shipping , Contacted FedEx and was told no such shipping number exists. Call TDF to get info...they can't give me any info either. I believe this plac has stolen over 800.00 from me. I

Purchased an adjustable bed on 6/1/2022 from Top Drawer Furniture in Sarasota, FL to be delivered to Marco Island, FL (230 miles away). The Bed shipped on 6/23/2022 via Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery arriving 700 miles away in Archdale, NC on 6/29/2022 ??? On 7/1/2022 the bed departed Archdale, NC for ???. To date, after 5 weeks, I have no estimated date of delivery, knowledge of the beds' destination or expected condition on arrival.

We ordered what we thought was a daybed from them. The title of the item included the phrase "Daybed with Trundle" and all associated pictures online included both. In the fine print, it says "Daybed not included". I admit I guess I should have read all of the fine print, but did not. So we went to return the item and had to pay $80 in shipping ourselves.
