Had a procedure sometime last week where I had to undergo anesthesia and was pretty loopy. I informed staff about this ahead of time, as it was only me and no one to assist me. The ladies on the phone were great throughout the whole process and booking the transport itself was fairly easy. This company was a life saver! Recently I had to bring my mom from the Orlando airport to my house in Altamonte Springs. Mom is wheelchair bound and I dreaded the whole process. Then my husband found this company. The whole process went smoothly. Marc and Marthe were very professional, punctual, and kind. Mom has dementia and Marthe interacted with her with so much compassion! Thank you for making a tough time bearable for us. I definitely recommend this company! It is really Top Choice!

I’ve never heard of this company and I’m not familiar with the service but I did have the pleasure of interacting with one of your drivers/concierges, Roger. There was a delay in a patients care, and rather than get upset or frustrated, Roger was patient, understanding, and supportive. When it comes to a persons whole care experience, every part matters.
