My toilet has been stopped up 3 weeks. A gentleman came out on 3 March 25 with the shortest snake, and I told him we need a LONG one to go under the house. Call choice today, 5 March 2025, and they say that someone would be out here today. It's 5 o'clock, and no one has shown up get. I WILL cancel my insurance with them.
