I recently bought a texturizer from your store, and when I checked out, the guy who helped me was very kind and professional, he even told me how to get reward points, but this lady walks up and proceeded to take over the transaction and was very rude in how she was scolding him in front of customers. Poor Customer service and poor selection. Whoever is in charge does not seem to have customer service training, or professional communication. Go somewhere else.

the staff was very unprofessional my little girl picked up a bracelet from off the shelf, the worker took it from her. I asked why she said I didn’t want you to forget to pay for. Just because a child pick something up doesn’t mean that they’re going to take it. Never judge a book by its cover. This establishment has lost a loyal customer.

If I could I would give yall establishment a 0. Unprofessional employees won’t get you store to far. FIRST OF ALL PUTTING YOUR HAND ON A CHILD…. Yall have no type of decorum. Let me hear it this happening again. $.25 ain’t nun but a thing, the pony tali holder could have easily been paid for. Or you could have politely prompted that she had a bracelet.
