Not a great supply of items. No price tags on items. I saw no posted signs of no refund on purchases. Tried to return an item and was told I could only get an exchange and NO refund. Will Never step foot into this establishment again.

The store had everything I needed. The young black lady was very attentive and helpful. The oriental lady wasn’t so nice she didn’t speak, more concern with her phone, didn’t look up to ring me up or anything.

I recently bought a texturizer from your store, and when I checked out, the guy who helped me was very kind and professional, he even told me how to get reward points, but this lady walks up and proceeded to take over the transaction and was very rude in how she was scolding him in front of customers. When I got home I noticed the activator in the box had spilled and was crystallizing in the box and some of the activator had evaporated. Poor Customer service and poor selection. Whoever is in charge does not seem to have customer service training, or professional communication. Go somewhere else.
