I had a very disappointing experience with this business and their owner, Sue. I purchased an “unlimited full-body laser hair removal” package through Groupon in January 2025, which was advertised as valid for one full year of services. Because my first actual treatment did not take place until March 2025, my services should be valid through March 2026 — not January 2026. Horrible never come here
My experience with Dr. Palladino and Top Aesthetics has been excellent and they pay attention to every minor detail. They treat you as one of their own and I don't think I could've asked for any better place to get my surgery at. I feel very happy with my results. I love how my doctor took care of me and the nurses and employees took care of me. Every process before the surgery was easy and simple. In my opinion he is the best doctor and I would recommend him for anyone looking to get surgery.
