I just scheduled an appointment at 10am today for a consultation. I cannot find the entrance to this business nor can I get anyone on the phone to help me and answer my calls for assistance. Do not do give money to this fraudulent business.

I regret purchasing one of their prepaid packages. On paper, the “unlimited” concept sounds convenient, but in practice it was extremely difficult to actually get treated consistently. Throughout the year, appointments were unreliable. I experienced repeated cancellations — seven in total — often with very little notice. I had a very disappointing experience with this business and their owner, Sue. I purchased an “unlimited full-body laser hair removal” package through Groupon in January 2025, which was advertised as valid for one full year of services. Because my first actual treatment did not take place until March 2025, my services should be valid through March 2026 — not January 2026.
