Kiri from Toowoomba tiles is my favorite person of 2026! I'd bought a box of pretty expensive tiles in Melbourne and was short 15 tiles. I called the Melbourne tiler and they told me I had to buy a whole box. I called Toowoomba tiles on a wing and a prayer and the fabulous Kiri arranged for the distributor to break open a box of 150 and send me my missing 15. What a star!
