Great customer service. Ellie looked after all of my Tiles needs. Great eye for helping pick colours and grout colours. Just ordered my second lot today. Fast turn around with getting the tiles in as well.

The staff were super friendly and actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to push random products. Ellie made choosing outdoor tiles for our patio painless. Her knowledge and advice on products were valuable to our decision. It was one of many tiles places we looked at while we were in Toowoomba but we came back because of their fantastic service and price. We had a tiles stored in the warehouse for a few weeks and when we went to pick then up we asked Montana if we could leave our box trailer there for a few hours to go to a few appointments in the CBD.
