From the 1st contact we had with Dan, office admin, through to installers Dylan and Craig, we can't fault the customer service. They were precise about the product and what it was(electric blinds) and gave us a clear time for the expected installment day. It transpired that it went faster than expected and they got them here a lot quicker. They look amazing and we thank Toowoomba Shade and Canvas for their outstanding processes.

Had our new louvres installed today and we are so happy with the outcome. The whole process from start to finish was so professional. From the lovely Rebecca who was so friendly and kept us informed of the what/when/how details to the team who arrived on time and carried out the installation skillfully and professionally. We're so grateful and so happy. 10/10.
