After a month of 2-3? visits, installing a new part (which wasn't the issue), taking dishwasher away to 'workshop' and a $290 fee, our 'repaired' LG died again last night after 2 uses. We always did the progress checks. The 4 hour window ended up being at the very end of the 4th hour. Took the payment from our card before advising us of the final cost. AE error!!! The company has been advised of the latest fail, hope they will return our call.
Had a code error on dishwasher. Got booked in on very short notice (next day). Punctual, friendly and professional service and would highly recommend.
