I’m giving a mixed review because, while the service was technically competent, the business failed to inform us of costs ahead of time. During a follow-up warranty visit, we were charged $200 for lint removal. We were never advised that this would be a billable service; had we known, we would have done the job ourselves. I hope the business improves their communication regarding fees in the future, as it negatively impacted what would have otherwise been a positive experience.
The 2nd star is for fixing the problem with our dishwasher. The other 3 are missing because of the damage to our 5 year old home. Will be asking for compensation under Queensland Tradie laws once repairs are completed. Wont use again.
After a month of 2-3? visits, installing a new part (which wasn't the issue), taking dishwasher away to 'workshop' and a $290 fee, our 'repaired' LG died again last night after 2 uses. We always did the progress checks. The 4 hour window ended up being at the very end of the 4th hour. Took the payment from our card before advising us of the final cost. AE error!!! The company has been advised of the latest fail, hope they will return our call.
Had a code error on dishwasher. Got booked in on very short notice (next day). Punctual, friendly and professional service and would highly recommend.
