Staff are so helpful, fast response to any enquires, saves time by getting repairs instead of replacing items
Was quoted $40 inspection fee over the phone for a lamp repair and about $25 to replace the cord. When I arrived there 2 days later another lady said its $60 and minimum $120 all up for the repair. She said she wasn't sure which lady quoted me that price and said it was wrong and didn't bother to follow up the incorrect price quoted. Fair enough there be a small discrepancy, but that is double the price quoted! Also minimum 3 weeks wait is ludicrous.
Just hopeless No communication Still had my credit card details on file and charged me fir work that should have been done the first time ! Didn't even let me know what the second problem was with my washer and charged my card! Will never call this company again
