Bad bad experience. Traveling. After getting out of er with sick baby, 14 hrs from home btw, run in to grab dr pepper and a pack of cigs. Have my DL (expired yes), and renewal DL, and you refuse to sell cigs. Im 50 😭 Bad policy. State ID is State ID. Period. Do better. Its not the customer's fault your corporation has obviously sold to minors in the past, resulting in such rigid "policies" at the register, but this isnt the customers fault. Again. Do better.
I stopped at this store on my way through town, they were swamped but the cashier was so calm and friendly I just watched in amazement at the way she was able to control the crowd without any problems at all. Keep up the good work.
