My little one started attending the Station Road centre around the age of one, and he absolutely adored it. Before that, he had been at another daycare for four months, but he never stopped crying. In contrast, he settled right in at this center. On his very first day, I even received a thoughtful phone call during the afternoon to check on him, which I truly appreciated. My daughter has been going to this centre since she was 3 months old. Every day she is excited to see the staff which helps with the parent guilt. It is managed by Miss Dilki who is just an amazing person. I’m very happy with the way the centre is run and have always felt my daughter is loved like a child of their own. Our daughter has been attending the Toongabbie centre from the start of the year and we have had such a wonderful experience with the team. We can see how much she has learnt and are grateful for how she is cared for by the educators. We are given updates throughout the day and the educators always welcome any more questions during drop-off or pick-up times. Facilities are good and new however we experienced too many recurring issues. For example receiving the wrong bed sheets and picking up our child noticing he had a soiled nappy. Our son was involved in an incident where he sustained facial injuries unprovoked. This was caused by another child attending the centre and whilst the centre did apologise there was no follow up on what interventions were going to be put into place.
