Utilising Toomey Pegg for estate settlement is a bit like trying to book a Cobb and Co stage coach using smoke signals. It hasn’t occurred to them that it’s 2023 and that processes could be sped up, and beneficiaries receive their bequeathed assets weeks earlier with some online innovations. A lawyer model from 1998 where the service provider is oblivious to the fact they have a client, let alone a wider group of customers. Probably a five star rating for 1998, but I think two stars is fair for 2023
