“WARNING” BEWARE. Do not buy from Tools Plus. My **** *** ** fence was delivered damaged, looked as if it was a used and a returned fence. Slide was rusted and pitted. Head unit was scored. Parts were missing. They wanted me to send it back that would take at least 2-4 weeks for a return, would shut down my shop or would have to spend hours reassembling old fence and outfeed table. I ordered a circular saw and then found a lower price with faster FREE shipping. I contacted this company twice by email and also left a voicemail cancelling the order prior to shipment. Tools plus shipped the tool anyway and now want a return shipping fee on the item. How hard is it to return a phone call or respond to an email? 1st email went out Wed, May 1, 2:33 AM ... 2nd follow up email was on Wed, May 1, 4:33 PM. Like I said, checking your email isn't hard.
Still have yet to get my order with no information on when or if I will get it. Cannot cancel without paying for freight and 25% restocking fee. This company is a ripoff.
