Super helpful, lady at the front desk is very nice and good with any type of question
Repaired tool and charged account without authorization. Tool was left for pickup with a tag that we use on ALL of our tools we have picked up to be assessed and repaired. Note had technicians name written on it as well as (personal tool) and phone number with request for cost of repair. Casey Barber emailed the shop for authorization to repair instead of calling per Tagged Instructions and my office assumed it was one of theirs (since the emailed didn’t note otherwise) they just authorized the repair. I brought in a Dewalt planer because it kept tripping a breaker in my home (even after I had an electrician upgrade to 20amp). It took about 4 weeks to have it repaired. They said it was some wiring issue and it had been fixed. I brought it home and sure enough, no change. I called and they said they don't offer refunds but I could bring it in again and hope they get it right this time.
