I brought in a Dewalt planer because it kept tripping a breaker in my home (even after I had an electrician upgrade to 20amp). It took about 4 weeks to have it repaired. They said it was some wiring issue and it had been fixed. I brought it home and sure enough, no change. I called and they said they don't offer refunds but I could bring it in again and hope they get it right this time.
