Great, friendly service. They did some warranty work on my Hitachi string trimmer. Runs just like new again, great place to go for repairs!
Customer Service that is ABOVE and BEYOND. I dropped off a Trimmer for warranty service. After they called Hitachi and tried to get the part, Hitachi requested the trimmer be sent to them for a recall notice. Paige went back and forth with Hitachi, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. This was about 15 emails over the course of 4 weeks to get it straightened out, correcting Hitachi's mistakes.
