Feb 1984: As the country was nearing the end of the early 1980's recession I discovered an overwhelming desire to be a business owner. I had always felt that I could provide a more comprehensive service for my customers working for myself than when I was working for others. I cannot say thank you enough to (I believe her name was) Holly. She was so kind and helpful on the phone.I attempted to reach ryobi after having an issue with a trimmer I purchased yesterday at home depot. They were absolutely no help and wasted hours of my day. Now I know to avoid calling ryobi in the future. I will be doing business with them in the future just based on my 5 minute phone call. Again thank you.
Couldn't help with a large battery that wouldn't charge
This place fixes just about any tool under warranty still or not.
