the worst people I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. it took me being screwed over at least twice to learn my lesson and I only hope I can prevent the same from happening to others. do not get your taxes done here, do not use any storage unit which gets paid here. greed and dirty practices run this business.
Linda really knows her stuff, so glad we found her.
I went in today and began asking about tax help and before I got two words out of my mouth I was quickly told “we’re not interested”. Maybe I was expecting a little to much as far as professionalism and common courtesy goes. I will never walk through these doors again and advise others to never do business with this guy. There are far to many other options out there than being treated rudely.
Had an appointment Monday at 4pm was told do not be late so I showed up at 3:45 checked in waited until 4:30 . I went back to the receptionist and told her I was leaving because I had an appointment at 4 and couldn’t wait any longer. During my wait Doug came in and out of his office 2 or 3 times never saying a word to me. I over heard him and his client talking about non tax related stuff while I was waiting. Very unprofessional I would not recommend them to anyone. Picked up my paperwork and am going to a new CPA
