Customer service phone number constantly rings and nobody ever answers. Called multiple times over several days and have never been connected with anyone on more than one occasion. They need to remove that option from online if they can't provide the services, or hire more people for calls. People don't always have an option of going into the office for everything they need which majority of the time turns out to be simple questions that could've been answered with a couple min phone call. Wish I could leave a 0 star review. Don’t list phone numbers on everything if you can’t answer a phone call. I’ve tried to call 10 times today & no one can answer - oh & conveniently your mailboxes are full! So frustrating. I never leave reviews, but feel so inclined because of how annoying this situation is.
Why can't I get anyone to answer the phones, or at least leave a message ??
My complaints are far to many about the Treasurer & Recorders Offices! I absolutely agree with the gentleman that stated how much no one in these offices try to not help!!!
