I chose Tony's Shoe Repair in Cochrane based on their high ratings, but unfortunately, I am deeply disappointed with the partial heel repair on my Birkenstocks. I paid $42 and felt the final results were rushed, leaving my sandals looking messy. When I pointed out the thick glue lines, the cobbler became defensive. I took in a pair of Redwing boots in with the sole basicly fallen off. Tony fixed em right up. Even stitched the new sole to the boot. Very pappy I found him.
He s the best at what he does and the best person
Tony himself went above and beyond. I thought my newer work boots were garbage after a chemical caused the rivets to start popping out. Tony was able to get them all cleaned up, he replaced the rivets and they are better than ever. The price was great as well. Thank you Tony.
