Not the usual quality customer service I have been shopping at the Huntersville Tony's Fabrics for several years now and have always been happy with their customer service. However, I was in there a few days ago and litterally was talked out of making a purchase! There is a new associate there and she actually told me that she didn't think my selection looked good...I was quite speechless and walked out. I took my business elsewhere!
Really Great Experience! Great selection. Just went to this store yesterday and I found just what I wanted for my soon to be awsome chairs. The staff was very helpful and kind. Fantastic fabrics and great prices!!! I will go back and would highly recommend the store to others.
Tony's Fabrics Huntersville is the Best Tony's is a great source for fabric and trim. The prices are the best. Love shopping there/staff very pleasant and helpful!!!
Cheap and fabulous! Tony's has recently converted to a discount fabric store. The staff is still incredibly helpful and they have a wonderful selection. The store is organized well and you can't beat the prices!
Tony's Fine Decor Fabrics Tony's Fine Decor Fabrics gives good customer service. Their staff is always helpful and friendly. They offer assistance when needed and do so in a friendly manner, unlike their nearest competitor (Hancock). Although their prices are slightly higher than their competitor, paying a slightly higher price to be treated like a valued customer is worthwhile.
The Best! if you are looking for home furnishing fabric Tonys is the place to go! Their staff is very helpful and they have TONS to choose from. They also run awesome sales which leaves you wanting to buy more :) I cant wait to find another project in my home, I will be going right back to Tonys!
great place to find great fabrics We recently recovered our dining room chairs and instead of going to Hancocks (thumbs down) we went to Tony's. They have a great selection and they usually run specials on their fabrics. They have amazing customer service. I had brought my children with me and they even made sure to talk to them too. I felt very welcomed there and they helped me get EXACTLY what I needed!
