Rude and clueless. I highly recommend avoiding this place. After visiting Tony's. I drove directly to California check cashing on charter lane. They were friendly, helpful, and it only took 10 minutes
Called and asked for an estimate to cash a check. When I went in to cash the check the teller said they only cash local checks. It was from my kids school in Lodi. Not sure why they wasted my time and just flat out lied to me. Staff needs educated on what local means.
I've been cashing checks here since I was a teen. Never had a check bounce or any issues. They would literally call in EVERY check... they would call my carpenters union trust fund to check on a $200 check. I told them they treat me kind of messed up but I come here because they are a family owned business. The next time we came in to load $694 on a card she only loaded 94. Then when I called and asked her what happened she said "don't come in here then". I've done business here for 15+ years, so did my mother, and my wife..... read more
.. Mae has always been really great.. But the wenny lady always finds a reason to not cash my check. Ive been cashing my checks here since my children were babies too..
