Tanya Janney deliberately and maliciously told me I could not appeal the removal of my son. I kept asking and asking if I could appeal the removal and she said no repeatedly. She contributed to my son not coming home because I was not informed of my right to appeal. She did not stick up for me or object to anything in regards to me, her client and is therefore a terrible attorney who represents her own interests instead of the interests of her client.

I would highly recommend Ms. Janney as an attorney. She actually cares about her clients, she listens and she'll fight hard for you. I'm so thankful for her and what she's done for my family. She truly is a blessing. If I ever need a family law attorney again, I'll be calling her first

Beware of this lawyer. She performs for the state not for her clients best interest. She did watch me get railroaded without sticking up for me at all. I saw the judge rolling her eyes in court at her while I was trying to get her to object to evidence used in the court case, which indicated to me that they were friends. She also refused to object to false information such as incorrect dates from the opposing parties. She is a predatory lawyer and her prey is the poor and abused.
