Stay away. I would give a negative star if I could. 3 1/2 months and on a mortgage. The sellers got tired of waiting. Tony just kept asking for us to get more inspections spend more money. And kept wanting more paperwork. Sellers got tired of waiting and refused to sign a second extension. We lost our dream house and now I'm homeless with everything I own in 2 trailers.
