Avoid Fiona!!! I engaged Will Parker for two of my IVO matters, He is one of the most kind and honest lawyer, however, he has become a Judge and handed over my cases to Fiona Jenkins. Her service was shocking. she represented me with my barrister for two full days contest hearing at Magistrate court in Ringwood, however, the hearing only lasted for half day, but she asked me to pay full two days fees plus more. I would like to commend Will Parker who handled my IVO case in Jan 2022. He is well versed in criminal law and has a practical approach to helping his clients. He downgraded the IVO to an undertaking through his thorough analysis of my situation.
The prosecution of me was pursued by the police and OPP for 5 years. We went from the Magistrates Court to the Supreme Court then back to the Magistrates Court . Finally after 2 1/2 days of a 4 day contest the charges were withdrawn by the OPP and the matters struck out by the Magistrate . I cannot recommend Tony Hargreaves and Partners highly enough .
