Get my taxes done here and that goes fairly well (nice ladies) and fast (because I pay for the service). However, when you ask for help or have questions on W-2 forms they will not answer your questions. After this tax season for 2018, I have been trying to get help on what I should be claiming for taxes for my husband and I. They advised we weren't taking enough out and they advised they would help if we just sent them our W-2's in an email to they can actually look at it.
