We are letting people know our experience with Tonita Foster Law office. She was the attorney for my brothers wife in their divorce. I say was because her client is dead. So is my brother. He was 49 years old never harmed a person in his life ,body or emotion to my knowledge. He was well respected by everyone I have ever met that knew him. Same thing for his wife. It was the misshandling of this case from the start and also a court system in roanoke county that is totaly inept. So use your head and stay away.
Take my word and DO NOT retain Mrs Tonita Foster! – STAY AWAY! We have had the worst experience EVER! She treats you like a case number and not like a client. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We retained Mrs Tonita Foster and had her as our attorney for about a month. She is not able to perform to the ability that she makes you think. She filed divorce papers on grounds of adultry only to get to court and have no recollection of certain documents of which she used as basis for the divorce papers. Ok so it gets even better! Mrs Tonita Foster had agreed to refund $3000 but since they found out we posted reviews online they are only refunding a portion of that. This place is a joke! Make sure you pay with a credit card so that you are able to dispute any charges. We are submitting a letter to the BBB so make sure to check her out there. The only reviews online are negative so do your homework and choose a more competent attorney
