Unpleasant, unprofessional and worst of all unorganized! Too many people working on the same account and not communicating with each other - so they'll contact you multiple times asking for something which you already submitted and you'll get charged for the time you take to correct their mistakes and make sense of their mess. Oh and they'll overcharge you - and give you a great big invoice for the 'free consultation' in which they waste your time.
