The process with Tongass to get a mortgage was so easy and quick! Our mortgage officer, Adrienne, was the best! She was excellent with communication and follow up. I highly recommend them. TFCU and Adrienne deserve 10 stars.
We attempted to secure a mortgage loan through Tongass FCU. Our credit was checked as is standard practice, however the representative claimed that I had past delinquent credit accounts in collections… which was not true. When requested if she could provide me a copy with whatever documentation she’s seeing that displays these collections, she refused to do so. I had my credit run by another bank and they could not see these mystery collections accounts that Tongass claimed I have, and reached pre-approval no issue with them... read more
