They cancelled our rental the day before arrival.
BUYER BEWARE! I would give zero stars but that’s not an option. I booked 6 weeks prior to my arrival via cruise ship. I emailed to ask for pickup instructions and received no response. The night before docking in Ketchican I received a confirmation email to remind me of my reservation the next day. When we disembarked we walked to the address listed on their website but that address actually does not even exist for this company. Reserved a car on Ketchikan based on a recommendation from the Black Bear Inn. This took several phone calls (no way to leave a voicemail). Paid the fee with a credit card. Later, called to cancel the reservation (months in advance of my reservation date). Again, had to make several calls and could not leave a voicemail. Finally they called me back likely after seeing a bunch of missed calls. They cancelled my reservation and received an email confirmation of the cancellation, but the refund never posted to my credit card. W... read more
I’d give 0 stars if possible. Reserved vehicle while waiting to pick up they called and said they were out of town and canceled my reservation. Traveling with an infant I’m stuck without transportation. Two middle fingers in the air to you guys! Stick with Budget is all I have to say. I’m not sure how you guys are even still in business.
Booked over 4 months before my trip. Called 3 times and emailed twice the week leading up to the trip with no response. Arrived on the day of rental and received an email at 8am saying the reservation was cancelled for “mechanical issues”. Do not use this company
