AWESOME husband and wife owned fitness studio. Very clean facility: waiting room, bathroom, fitness room, and treatment rooms. Equipment is wiped down w/sanitizing wipes after every class and treatment sessions. The STAFF/OWNERS: Jamil and Majorie are both friendly, personable, and above all professional. A refreshing workout!!! I took the body blast class. I'm a novice at working out and I needed plenty of modifications but each exercise was easy to learn and complete. Each set went by quickly and I worked muscles that hadn't been used in months. It's a total body workout and well worth every minute
This business is very clean and sanitized. Pleasant and professional staff. I love that it is a unique business that caters to all needs fitness and body. I went for Lipo cavitation and Marjoree definitely knew what she was doing. She gave me pre-treatment/post treatment instructions. She was very reassuring during the entire session.
