Sebastian reached out to me shortly after placing an order for a 12-fret Martin Custom Shop guitar, ensured I ordered the correct instrument, and sent me photos of the instrument including where there was a slight blemish. I may or may not have noticed this when receiving the guitar, but I really appreciated his integrity and transparency. Sebastian was great. He is responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. I bought an expensive guitar remotely and his expertise was invaluable in helping me evaluate the instrument. Shipped promptly and well packed. Would not hesitate to buy another guitar from these folks.

The best customer service in the game, Sebastian is awesome, great prices, great selection, great customer service. Can't ask for anything more than that.
Love this place. Just wish I was a better guitarist. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, but I'm humbled, as I'm not a good player. Staff is always helpful, and the Vibe (no pun intended) is very chill at Tone Shop. Keep an eye out for special events.
